They took the time to have a thorough consultation with me, listened carefully to what I wanted and clearly explained the entire process before getting started. This place is genuinely so welcoming and they have so much care for your hair. I’ve had my hair natural up until i went here, i was very nervous but the results were exactly what i wanted and they’re so gentle with it as well. I have been coming to Jacob for years and he is hands down the best hairdresser I have had. He listens to the type of hairstyle I want to get and does it well. He always explains if it is not a reasonable haircut for my hairtype (which I really appreciate). Always have had great experiences here, highly recommend.

My wife has been coming to Jacob's Hair and Beauty for years and finally convinced me to give it a try. I had a keratin treatment and hair colour done, and I'm really happy with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to recommend what would suit me best. The whole experience was relaxed, and the finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place. I wholeheartedly agree with all the glowing reviews — Jacob and Shan are truly a cut above. I’ve had my hair done in Melbourne, Strasbourg, Stuttgart, and Mauritius, and this husband-and-wife team stands out for both skill and care.
