They were very responsive and guided me through the whole process of navigating the insurance and the dealership process for calibration needed afterwards. Highly recommended
First time customer and very pleased and impressed! Suffered with few large cracks in windshield for months for financial reasons, shoutout to Rod King for getting me in right away for an appointment. Rod even called my Ford to find out what “type” of windshield it was and called me back with an estimate quote. Didn’t have to wait too long on day of appointment and now my windshield is all brand new! Thank you Rod and Jacob’s glass for assisting me with this pain. Highly recommend!
