Do NOT waste your time or energy calling this company. I made an appointment for them to come out and fix my shower door. They stated they would be out between 8 AM-12 noon. I took the day off from work waiting on them. After not hearing anything, I called them at 2 PM. I was told someone was sent out 2 hours ago, this individual would check and see what was going on and call me back. You guessed it - I have not heard from them yet. I don't know where to start about this horrible company. They NEVER return your calls, ALWAYS have excuses, and do a TERRIBLE job. They are rude and unprofessional, and flat-out lie to you about the status of your order. They make appointments where you wait around all day then the DON'T SHOW UP. When you ask what happened, they say that your glass isn't finished yet (how can you schedule the installation of something that isn't finished?) Do not use Jacob's Glass!
