I don't know where to start about this horrible company. They NEVER return your calls, ALWAYS have excuses, and do a TERRIBLE job. They are rude and unprofessional, and flat-out lie to you about the status of your order. They make appointments where you wait around all day then the DON'T SHOW UP. When you ask what happened, they say that your glass isn't finished yet (how can you schedule the installation of something that isn't finished?) Do not use Jacob's Glass!
