We are most pleased with Jacobs Floors. Jim and Phil are not only knowledgeable but personable. They spend time working with you on what will be best in your space while respecting your decisions. They are conscious of your budget and will not try to oversell. The installation crew, Ray, Chris, Phil, Devon, are incredible! They are very talented, quick, clean, considerate, and polite. We have used Jacobs Floors for all our flooring needs and couldn’t be happier!
My husband and I highly recommend Jacob's Floors. It was like having your own family come in to do the job. Ray, Chris, Phil and Devin all worked very hard, they cared about what they were doing, and their attention to detail was incredible. We had them put in luxury vinyl tile, luxury vinyl plank and carpet into our home. Excellent pricing, excellent work!
We are landlords with multiple units. These guys have done many flooring projects for us and have earned the five star rating. They are an organized group and their installers are highly skilled. We will continue to use them.
Great company to work with! They replaced the carpet in our house and did so quickly and professionally, very happy with the new carpet.
