If I could give ten stars, I would. If you are reading this, you are done looking for products and an installer. The experience start to finish was excellent in every way. It’s rare to get 100% satisfaction in anything these days, but these guys will make sure of it-they are highly competent and conscientious about their work.
I recently had work done by Jacobs Floors, I replaced carpeting in a bedroom and added carpet to a room in a recently finished basement space. The work was done very professionally and quickly. Jim Jacobs was very attentive, following up to ensure I was happy with the work. The price was about what I expected it to be and turnaround was fast. I'd recommend them to others.
