I was referred to Jacob's Family Plumbing through American Home Shield when I had an issue with the fill valve in my toilet. Fill valves are a $15 part from the Home Depot and a 15 minute fix. However, Toto toilets may look nice but have a horrible design making you lift the toilet just to change out the fill valve.
