The care and consideration of Dr. and his staff was amazing. My chiropractor had tried to get me into a neurologist for weeks after MRI came back. The "corporate masses put me on hold" Dr. Jacobs had my files and records and saw me 2days after we called. Only because it was a weekend. He had reviewed everything before my appointment listened carefully and was able to start addressing my issues so they don't get worse as has been happening. This Dr was so rude and seemed like he couldn’t even function was nodding in and out I asked prior to going in back to have a nurse present due to his broken English and when she didn’t come in I asked again for her and he got even more rude, had her come in just to tell her not to explain to me anything so I text a friend to keep me calm as the two of them spoke and not once did either explain my test results would NEVER recommend this office to anyone completely unprofessional I also asked for copies of my results since ne... read more
