Very helpful in getting me through a horrifying situation. Kind , caring and patient
Both my children have seen him for therapy and LOVE him. They say he is funny and easy to talk too. He isn't big on medications so if he says your child needs one, they do. One of mine does and one doesn't. My son has ASD and High Anxiety. He is great with him. Helping him to understand the world and himself. He is old school with paper and pencil but it works great!
Was seeing him SINCE 1987 when I had clinical depression. Only seen him just for med refills, no therapy needed. Just had to start using express scripts and they had problems communicating with Jacobs since he has no email or computer at main office. Jacobs didn't help me in getting my meds, he seems to think that's not in his duties to a patient. Had to fight with him on the phone to get anything done. After that and 30 years of visits, he hung up on me and said find another doctor. AVOID HIM!
