Very nice place to live and well maintained. Management is exceptional at her job and very thorough every step of the way from applying to after moving in she is always polite & professional.
Woda is a horrible company to work for. They're greedy money hungry savages. They train you to treat tenants like second class citizens. I know for a fact Jeff Woda paid off the head of community action in a certain town in order to let Woda in on a community action property.
