RecommendedMy family has been visiting Lake Lida for 20 years plus. My first time was 9 years ago and my sons first time was 8 years ago. There's a reason we keep coming back. a million actually. Kim and Rob are absolutely wonderful and watching their children grow along with mine has been what memories are made of. Such a beautiful location with beautiful owners. Kim made sure everything was very clean in the cabin and that the experience was extremely worthwhile. The lake is gorgeous, with plenty of fish, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A great place to spend a week or two!
I spent 8 days here at this resort, but it felt like 3. Time here flies by. I had such an amazing time. I'm used to crashing waves lakes, but Lida is silk. I paddle boarded a few days when the weather was really nice. It was a really cool experience! I love tubing as well and was able to have a fun time tubing a couple times too. I'm a avid golfer and a neat little 14 hole course is almost walking distance from Jacob's Cove. So beautiful! I'll for sure be a returning customer. Excellent service and so nice. Our extended family spent the last week of May 2018 at Jacob's Cove cabins 1, 2, & 3. The weather cooperated for beautiful days of fishing, kayaking, swimming, and eating & relaxing outdoors. The cabins are clean, cute & very comfortable. Loved our cabin 3! The resort include docks - so convenient for the boats, kayaks & some night fishing - a swim dock, sandbox for the kids (perfect idea), grills and plenty of outdoor seating. Amazing service with dedicated ownership. Clean and exceeded my expectations.
My experience with the resort has been nothing short of fabulous. Great vacation spot and recommend it to anyone. The fishing is above average on Lake Lida and the sunsets around the campfire are second to none.
Relax, eat, fish, water, forget about home. What's not to love! Great place, fantastic hosts. If you haven't stayed here you are missing out.
