This contractor did 195k job of porches- did not use pressure treated wood and in 2 1/2 years falling apart! Having to be replaced- did not stand behind work- unbelievable !
Ron Jacobs and his colleagues built the first floor of our beach house, which was built on pillars when we bought it. Ron and his colleges rebuilt our entire house from studs up after a fire gutted it. We took the opportunity to move walls, raise ceilings, put in custom cabinetry to display art, sound proof bathrooms, enclose an outside stair case, and make other architectural changes.
