Very knowledgable and thorough.
Your technician Brenda did a great job servicing my furnace for the winter tuneup! I have been participating in the twice yearly tuneup program for many years now. It's a great service option for me, especially before winter begins. No one needs their furnace to not be operational during the cold winter months! Brenda also lit the pilot on my gas fireplace, and she changed my furnace filter too. I really appreciate the great service!
We love J&R technicians. Brenda serviced our unit this time. She is courteous and always on time. She communicated clearly what she was doing and provide guidance on the thermostat for the winter months ahead.
Jaime and Alex are fantastic. Competent, professional, kind. Very hard working. Consistent.
