Jacob & Rhodes has been great, called to let me know they were running behind which was nice to know. Kevin showed up and quickly got to work, took the time to answer my question and explain the services he was providing. I will do a follow up, there is quite a bit of cold air blowing from the air handler that is hanging on my garage ceiling making me believe that maybe it’s not working as it should be or as efficiently as it’s supposed to.
Nick was very easy to work with. He got the job done quicker than was quoted and was efficient. The office staff were very attentive to get this scheduled before the hotter weather arrived for the weekend.
Showed up on time, on after hour service. Got to the problem right away. Fortunately for me it was a somewhat simple fix until the part can be repaired on an other day. Very kind, and professional
Carter was amazing and got here fast! He got straight to it and figured out the problem in no time. Fixed it and had a long term solution for me to look to doing next. He was also awesome with my dog she kept wanting to show him her toy and he was cool about it! 100% will want him back and would recommend him to all my friends! This company is always quick to respond to an emergency need.
Brenda was awesome! Amazing service and very detailed. She didn’t mind my three dogs at all which was a relief. We will hire her again
