Service is good BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE—— EVER! In 3 years of attending, and numbers calls, I’ve only had staff answer the phone twice! Don’t bother leave a voicemail because it will be ignored just like your calls! If you need to speak to someone or make an appointment, you’re better off going in person than calling! Thank God my insurance has changed and I can seek care elsewhere. It’s such a disappointment!!!
if you wanna die or be in pain for hours . Go to Jacobi . literally the worst hospital . They deserve no stars . it’s disgusting they make anyone a doctor or nurse now
Came in around 7:20AM, but I was told it's too late and I would have to come back before 7:00AM. The receptionist was professional though. Just a heads up...
INSANITY! Came here at 7:20 as a walk in , .. it’s 1pm and still waiting! The employees are kind so I’m not saying any rudeness happened or it was a gross wait or anything. Just WOW , really be prepared to wait a long time to be seen as a walk in
