Tried making an appointment all week no one answers the phone. Google said it was open, staff at hospital said it was open. The dentistry was closed. I'm convinced they were shut down.

Worse freaking hospital. I wouldn’t even recommend this hospital if you were dying. Got here at 7 with my son to see the dentist. Waited almost 5 hours and did not get seen. People who came after us left before us. This happened on numerous occasions. Supposedly 1 doctor and it takes that doctor 2 hours to call one person. I’m never coming here again and I’d give them 0 stars if I could. It doesn’t matter how early you come. It will take the whole day before you get seen.
I always stood by Jacobi , but the dental center needs a bit more of work. 1. The jacket to protect my body from radiation during my x-ray wasn’t put on. But the nurse was very sweet ,he made me comfortable and even held my hand when they tried to extract my tooth. 2. I explained to the doctor that no matter how many times I’ve been numb or given local anesthesia. I still feel the pain. Service is good BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE—— EVER! In 3 years of attending, and numbers calls, I’ve only had staff answer the phone twice! Don’t bother leave a voicemail because it will be ignored just like your calls! If you need to speak to someone or make an appointment, you’re better off going in person than calling! Thank God my insurance has changed and I can seek care elsewhere. It’s such a disappointment!!!
