I called Jacobazzi at 9:30 a.m. on a Monday - Thomas arrived in a downpour around 3:00 p.m. that same day, waited out the rain, and fixed my immediate problem. I have experience now with two different Jacobazzi techs, and both were competent, friendly, and delivered the goods.
Thomas was professional and very helpful! He helped us fix the issue without trying to have us buy a new unit. Honest opinion and I appreciated that!
Jacobazzi family is great and Jim took care of the issues. Jim finally figured out why water was getting into the fresh air inlet. Everyone makes mistakes, they had the down turn on the outside PVC pipe on the wrong pipe, exhaust not intake from the original installation. Other wise there work has been great and very professional.
