I met Dr. Wynes in June of 2023 seeking a second opinion for my broken ankle that was refusing to heal. Upon his examination, Dr. Wynes admitted me into the hospital that day with surgery scheduled for shortly afterwards. Dr. Wynes is more of a magician than a surgeon!!! I had already had full ankle fusion done on my left foot. Now, my right foot was turned outward on its side by like 45-degrees. I saw Dr. Levine in Frederick and he said he didn't do that kind of surgery. But if he were to have it done, there was only one surgeon he would see and it was Dr. Wynes.
