No, they were on time Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
As soon as I walked in the woman at the desk said can I help you. I say I have an appointment, and she says "not today you don't". Then she says they lost my information and the Dr is not in this week. I say I want an appointment next week then, and they tell me I have to wait until October or find another doctor. I left very angry and would not recommed this office to any one I know.
