He is wonderful, he listens to your concerns and helps you with you back pain.
Jacob is great! Still new enough to really care about his patients and try to help them. Yet, he is experienced enough to give excellent care. What i like best about Jacob is that he doesn't seem judgmental or push you into anything unnecessary. Of providers at southwest I ONLY see Jacob.
Jacob Wallace looked at my fiancés MRI's and his xrays of lower lumbar back and said there was nothing wrong with my fiancés, and told him that "the mind is a powerful thing" and told us there's nothing he can do for us because he didn't know why my fiance was in pain, but he can only prescribe him pain medication, yet the only thing his office has ever even came close to a pain medication is lyrica.
