Kind, caring, takes all the time you need. You never feel rushed, and you can ask many questions and he listens and explains everything extremely well. I always leave my appointments feeling like he cared. Highly recommend asking to see Dr. Heck. He has the best medical assistant too. Lorna is awesome!
