I want to give top recommendation to Jacob. He came to my home. He was very thorough and explaining the comps in the area, What he felt I might need to do to improve my property. He Also was very very helpful and telling me about how much I am overpaying for My house insurance, And recommending reputable insurance companies. He is straight up, he’s honest, he listens, not pushy, and I felt very comfortable. I am very grateful for his help. he will definitely be who I am using when I am ready to sell.
