Crew unnecessarily blocking roadway with no signage giving indication. Crew’s demeanor left more to be desired
Had a massive oak tree in our backyard come down from this recent storm. The team came out quickly, they were all very professional, they knew what they were doing, got the huge tree out of my backyard and chopped up and cleaned up everything before they left I would highly recommend them!
My initial interactions with Jacob Sauer Tree Care were great. They came out within a week and gave an in person quote. Scheduling was easy as well. Unfortunately when they came to do the work they did not take care of my surrounding landscaping and carelessly damaged one of my new trees I had just planted last fall. If I hadn’t been watching the tree would have been damaged worse but luckily I caught them in time and stopped them from damaging more. Fast, courteous, competitively priced, and wow my yard was SPOTLESS when they left despite removing a huge silver maple. There arent even shavings on the ground. I am beyond pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. Our removal was in a difficult location and they made it look so easy. Thanks, crew!
Excellent tree service. 70 year old Oak was taken down. Amazing work by the crew. Took only 3 hours and they were gone! had 7 bids and chose Jacob Sauer tree care. Happy I selected them!
