My experience with Jacob's Ladder could not have been any better. Simply put, they were outstanding! They were prompt in assessing damages and going "above and beyond" working with my insurance carrier to achieve a successful resolution. I had some wind damage from the storms back in July. I contacted one company who was highly rated. Waited 2 weeks for them to show up only to get canceled and never rescheduled. I contacted Jacob's Ladder the same day and they had someone out in less than a week. They along with State Farm helped me though this whole process and made it extremely easy. Everyone from the people over the phone to the people who did the work were professional and fantastic. Everything was easy and fairly quick all things considered.

Everything about this company was “Class A”. The inspector was friendly and explained the damage. She worked my insurance company and scheduled installation. The workers were on time and finished in one day (condo). Their cleanup at completion was thorough!
