We had a fast and furious wind go by here last month that blew down 6 pieces of aluminum from the very top of the underside of my roof vent. I was able to gather up the pieces and set them aside. I called the Ladder people and they came out and put up my aluminum pieces. Come to find out I was one piece short!!! This original work was done 27 years ago. What are the chances of matching the rest of the house? So I told them to just get me anything and I would paint it to match later (somehow). Now this is why these people got... read more

I am sorry that i do not remember the names of the guys that i dealt with. However they were very courteous, professional , prompt and kind. I asked for a couple of items to be changed and i was offered different options. The estimator that came to my house was most helpful. The repair technician was equally as good, providing pictures of before and after. I would definitely recommend Jacobs ladder to others.
I received a prompt reply, and visit, for the project estimate, then the work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks.

Had wind damage to siding. they came out and fixed it within two days after it happened. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will be using them again when needed.

We needed a front storm door installed and the it required some additional adjustment and wrapping of the frame first. These guys are very pleasant to deal with - they respond to calls and emails in a very timely manner. They did a great job and completed the work within the time frame and cost quoted. We will use them again!
Jacob's Ladder was a very good company to work with. They are professional, polite, and helpful. All of our questions and concerns were addressed. The work was completed on time. We are very happy with the results and are already planning to use Jacob's Ladder in the near future.
I would highly recommend Jacobs Ladder. They are incredibly responsive and do high quality work. On two separate occasions, I needed some emergency work completed due to wind damage to my siding and flashing. Understanding the urgency to complete the repair before more siding was damaged, they came out within hours to complete the work at a very reasonable price.
