We were moving to Northeast TN from the Midwest, shopping for a house long distance is very stressful, but under the guidance of Mr.Rogers we felt like we were physically there, he made the process as smooth as anyone could! For every property we expressed interest in he responded promptly, drove out and filmed a DETAILED video tour leaving nothing out. He was always positive, encouraging and extremely professional!!! What can I say about my home buying and selling time with Jake Rogers? First, it was an adventure. It was 2-3 years of working with Jake before I found the house that I was meant to be mine. Through it all, Jake was very, very patient. With many offers placed, and ultimately declined, he was always there to lift my spirits and tell me my house was out there and we'd find it. Jacob helped us find the right home while we were out of state. He was always pleasant to work with and spent extra time as we went back and forth with the seller making sure we got the best deal. I would definitely use him again.

I had the pleasure of working with Jacob to find my home when moving to the area. I actually started with another realtor who I found online watching all of their videos on YouTube but they handed me off to someone in their office. Yet when they couldn't be bothered to actually show me homes when I was in the area, I reached out to Jacob.
