What can I say about my home buying and selling time with Jake Rogers? First, it was an adventure. It was 2-3 years of working with Jake before I found the house that I was meant to be mine. Jacob helped us find the right home while we were out of state. He was always pleasant to work with and spent extra time as we went back and forth with the seller making sure we got the best deal. I would definitely use him again.

I had the pleasure of working with Jacob to find my home when moving to the area. I actually started with another realtor who I found online watching all of their videos on YouTube but they handed me off to someone in their office. Yet when they couldn't be bothered to actually show me homes when I was in the area, I reached out to Jacob. What can I say. Jake “not from State Farm” was an absolute professional. As we began our hunt and searching YouTube I found our realtor. Jake was the only realtor that answered his phone and did not demand a email address like several other realtors. Once we began talking he completely understood what my wife and I were looking for in a home in Eastern Tennessee. He answered all our questions and never pressured us. Jacob did a fantastic job taking care of the sale of our land. He kept in constant contact and updated us as things progressed.
