I called SouthWest Medical today to follow up with my thyroid, which is an important part of your life and I was told I couldn’t get an appointment till the end of July and that it would take 24 to 48 hours for a nurse to even return my phone call When it was something they should’ve scheduled in the beginning. You can never call the doctors office directly it's always with a representative. So I spoke to a representative about how my employer needs a Dr's note so I can return to work with no limitations and back to full duty. I was put on hold while they called the Dr's office and spoke to someone directly about it. The rep stated that they've been informed and will contact me when the note is ready for pick up. It’s been almost a year since I saw this Doctor. I honestly wouldn’t call him a doctor. I don’t know where to begin. I did a video appointment with him about Dec. 2021. I had been ill for about 3weeks. During the video I expressed that I had a fever. He showed NO empathy at all. He was very cold and seemed bothered by everything I said.
