This is an outstanding jewelry store!! I wouldn’t consider going to another for purchases or repairs. I had some antique settings that I inherited which needed repairs & they did incredible work on them! After another jeweler had said my grandmothers engagement ring couldn’t be fixed (& I would have to purchase a new setting) I took it to Jacob Matthew Jewelers & Tammy said it could easily be repaired. It is beautiful! They are also great to work with for custom settings. I would give them 10 stars if possible.
Terrible customer service. Far from friendly. Will literally offer you less than 10% of what other jewelry stores will offer for jewelry. Everyone that works here has a stuck up "I'm better than you" attitude. I recommend going less than a block away to Star Jewelry, a family owned, friendly establishment that will make you feel at home and a part of the family.
