Everyone that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional.
Angela Gatson(Gaston)is very rude and unprofessional! She talked either at me or down to me as if I was a child. She has no people skills or social etiquette. Continuously cut me off during conversation and even hung up on me during a phone conversation.
They are horrible to work with!
I received a letter stating that I needed to call and set up arrangements to make a payment. I spoke with someone who said his name was chance. So as instructed, I called to set up an arrangement. This dude was very rude, refused to set up an arrangement with me and continued to threaten me by saying they will put a lien on my car. Between being lied to by lawyer on court then being told something completely different the NEXT day. They reel you into believing they are willing to work with you when in truth they are rude and they do NOT provide you with any proof showing you paid anything. Even asked multiple times they refuse it saying its not their problem. If you have to bother with them, please be ready.
This group is very unprofesional. I was diagnosed with nash steato hepatitis a terminal liver disease caused by diabetes. I am currently waiting on my critical hearing date which was recently granted because my conditions have gotten worse in the past couple of weeks. This group has continuously made harassing remarks when i tried to call them. They have made harassing calls and now have a man by the name brad trying deliver a court notice to me.
