I’m totally gatekeeping my therapist cause her schedule is already full but I have 2 therapist there and they are both amazing!
No one got back to me to schedule an initial appointment. Initially, a Health Advocate representative who was assisting me spoke to someone and was told that they would contact me. After not being contacted, I decided to call and got an answering machine; I left a voicemail with my contact information and again they did not contact me. In my opinion, this is just terrible customer service.
Therapist didn't show and no one answered the office line or called back. Also, the receptionist at first tried to set me up with someone who in their bio on the company website said they use bible verses as therapy. This was after I requested an LGBT/queer friendly therapist. Super unprofessional and not LGBTQ+ friendly as advertised. Wasted my time filling out several pages of forms yesterday and today waiting to see someone for 40 minutes passed appointment time. Don't waste your time too!
