Dr. La Cena L Jones is personable, down-to-earth. She has been an incredible help with my chronic illness journey. Her communication is beautiful, and most of all, you can tell she is a genuinely good person.
I’m totally gatekeeping my therapist cause her schedule is already full but I have 2 therapist there and they are both amazing!
No one got back to me to schedule an initial appointment. Initially, a Health Advocate representative who was assisting me spoke to someone and was told that they would contact me. After not being contacted, I decided to call and got an answering machine; I left a voicemail with my contact information and again they did not contact me. In my opinion, this is just terrible customer service.
