As a licensed radon measurement specialist, I work with Jim on a regular basis. He's extremely friendly, easy-going and professional. He's always on time for appointments and he's always on time for payment. I would trust him implicitly with any home inspection for myself, family, or friends.
First impressions mean more then we sometimes give them credit for. I made an appointment after work for an inspection on my first home and had no idea what to expect. When I pulled up at the property I was impressed to find James waiting for me. After our introduction he got started right away. Needless to say I was highly satisfied with the entire experience.

Where do I start? I employed their services for two homes in the area. In the first home, their thorough inspections saved me from purchasing a home ready to fall in on itself, something we failed to notice. For the second one, Jim did an amazing job going through the home with a fine tooth comb. I cannot recommend their services enough. They were flat out amazing in every regard.
