Most amazing ENT. He’s extremely intelligent, doesn’t cut corners and listens. My son was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. Many ents wanted to take the easy way out, removing just tonsils. Doctor Robison went the extra mile, figuring out all the issues we were having and completed 5 surgeries in one appt. He’s very proactive and was there every step of the way. Absolutely AWFUL!! Did my Friends Sons Ear tubes and refuses to be in contact with his mother at all! She’s called and tried to contact him multiple times, as her son is in excruciating pain and he doesn’t care. Multiple people have called today about their children being in extreme pain and he seems to not believe /care about his patients. DO NOT take your children here!
Dr. Jacob Robison is very dismissive, doesn’t follow up with any post op urgencies, and is also nearly impossible to get ahold of. Dr. Robison down played the expectations and pain my 5 year old son would have after ear tube placement and adenectomy. My son was in pain, complaining about his ears from the moment he woke up. I LOVED Dr Robison and all his amazing staff. They listened to my concerns about my son and helped diagnose his breathing problems caused by a birth defect. Dr. Robison believed me, and worked in tandem with me to help my son get the surgery he needed. I never felt pushed, and always felt like he cared to help us in the ways he could. Our son's life was changed through his surgery and we will forever be grateful to Dr Robison, his NP Malia Frazier and their nurses...especially Taeya!
Dr. Robison saved my baby's life. She had a ear infection that without surgery would have caused meningitis. He made sure that I knew every step of the process and reassured that he was more than capable of preforming the surgery with no complications. My daughter is now 9 day post op and at home being her normal self thanks to Dr. Robison.
