I was very impressed with Dr Feagans. He was very down to earth and explained exactly what tests needed to be run, why we need those tests and what they should tell us. He was also very friendly and approachable.
I actually got to have a conversation with the doctor. With my past practice, that didn’t happen.
I was left waiting in the waiting room after checking in for an hour and had to ask to be seen as I could not wait any longer.
