Dr Feagans seems to have little knowledge of my case even though I have been a patient for almost a year. He doesn't review my chart before entering the exam room, and once there has to look to the chart for even simple details of my case. He also didn't even know the reason for my most recent visit, despite the fact that this visit was scheduled at his request. Once in the exam room, he seems in a rush to get out.
