Excellent service for the technician side, he was very specific and knew what he was doing. I would have given a 5 star but it nearly took me over a week and a half just to have someone install our doorbell chime and kit after I got an estimate cost earlier, and communication was not there when I originally kept requesting for an available technician and have not heard back until couple days of installation. Electrician remove a broken Island hood and install a new replacement one. Electrician explain what he was doing and ask where to place the island hood in conjunction to the kitchen island. Came at 7:30am and was done about 11:30am. Did a great job. They also haul away the broken old hood
Really poor customer service and poor response. Called on Thursday night to get an estimate for a simple outlet diagnostic, they gave me an overpriced estimate and immediately dropped the price 30% when I told them I was going to go with another electrician. I decided to give them a chance and booked an appointment for 3pm on Friday. 5pm and still no show. Terrible communication and phantom billing Giving Jacob Electric LLC 1 star is being generous. I contacted them to handle repairs needed for a homeowners insurance policy. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, June 10th at 3:00 PM. By 5:45 PM, no one had shown up.
