Very smug, robotic, and not a great listener.
I did like Dr Dowden when I met him. He was very nice but seemed very aloof. It was almoike I was just another surgery to get over. His staff was very hard to communicate with. In several occasions I asked if they could please call me to discuss the scheduling of the surgery and not once did they comply. Everything was done through email am was frustrating. I did a lot of reading about my surgery so that’s kinda how I knew what to expect. My scar compared to what I’ve seen looks pretty awful. And overall I just wasn’t happy ... read more

Love a doctor who is straight forward, factual, and non-alarming! Dr. Dowden was great with explaining and delivering my options, not rushing through the appointment, and putting my mind at ease. So glad I chose him! Would recommend to all my family and friends.
