Dr. Diller was very personable and kind from the get go. He made me feel like my concerns were valid, and he was understanding. He listened to all of my questions and was happy to answer anything I asked, without rushing me out the door. I felt like a patient, not a number. His testing was extensive, and he explained all the results for me.
