I've seen him twice now for surgery consultation. While I have decided (for now) not to have surgery, I think Dr. B is who I will go to when I (inevitably) do need the operation for my lumbar stenosis. Both times I've seen him, he's taken great care to answer all of my questions and I mean ALL. Dr. Buchowski explained in depth the wear and tear damage my neck had suffered over the years due to my activities. It is precisely one year post-surgery with spinal fusion with instrumentation from C-2 to T-3. I didn't realize how complex the surgery was until viewing the images. I was sore during the initial recovery with a hard collar for 6 weeks, then transitioning to a soft collar for another 6 weeks. I had my spinal surgery 2 years ago and I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am to him. His staff is amazing and he truly listens and cares for his patients. I would 100% recommend him! I have had 2 other family members who have gone to him with success as well!
My husband had ACD with fusion done by Dr. Buchowski on January 29, 2024. We cannot express the amount of gratitude for Dr. Buchowski, his office personnel, his nurse practitioner and the nurses that took care of him postoperatively. Dr. Buchowski is professional, kind, an excellent surgeon and very patient. I had 4 pages of questions prior to my husband’s surgery and he didn’t make me feel rushed or belittle me.
