I had a very frustrating experience trying to make an appointment. I left multiple messages over the course of several weeks and never received a call back. When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told I still had to leave a voicemail. After explaining that no one had been returning my calls, the person I spoke with didn’t seem concerned and simply transferred me again. In the end, I wasted weeks trying to get an appointment with no follow-up. Very disappointing communication.
This place sucks avoid
Doctor Unruh is the best psychologist in the inland Empire. He is very kind, generous and he is pretty much a jack-of-all-trades. I highly recommend seeing him from marriage counseling, anxiety disorders or just any type of psychological problems that you may be having.
