I had a terrific experience with Pia for a color and cut. She is extremely intelligent and has good instincts about color and style. I have an unusual allergy and am concerned about chemicals in hair dyes, so Joy responded to my message on the salon appointment portal right away with an admirable sense of curiosity and care. In the end, I brought my own trusted brand of hair dye, and Pia mixed and applied it with expertise. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
I had a 911 situation and Samantha and Pia really came through! Thank you so much! I totally recommend this salon. 💕
