Came in to take a gel color off my natural nails that I had on for a few weeks. They charged me $5-$7 every other time I came. It was a dead day and I was the only one there so the owner decided to up charge me $10. I told her I always paid $5-$7. And she claimed it was always $10. Ridiculous. The nail tech didn’t even buff, cut or shape my nails. I sat there for 10 mins while she just put acetone and foil on my nails then filed off the gel. How is that $10?
