I have dealt with dealerships and service departments but never a service department that was so bad. Bought my car and shortly after I bought it started having problems and it has been to the service department 3 times for the same problem. Took in this time for the 4th time and they said they couldn't do anything due to my warranty was up. If they had fix the problem the first time then it would been covered. Oh no. I saw the negative review that a young man with the initials BM gave you guys back in April. Just Google his name and "Florida". I know his history and he is a convicted felon, has never owned a car and was likely getting someone's oil changed if at all on a free coupon that you folks are nice enough to provide to help the local schools with their fundraisers. Or, I'm figuring he was turned down for a job. I'm so sorry that your wonderful company was subject to such lies.
