Customer Service is awesome, everyone is friendly, I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door, I had actually set up my appointment online and for what ever reason there was a system glitch and I was actually not on their schedule and they were more than happy to work me in at the scheduled appointment time with no issues (this was a big deal to me considering I took off work and drove lil over an hour to get to them just to have my car serviced), I have not had any complaints so far!
