Horrible experience. Tried twice and first time was ok, second time was horrible. Hairstyle was not completed like asked and shown picture of. Daughter was in tears when she got out of the chair and the owner only cares about payment. One stylist left before completion and the other didn’t even bother to trim the excess hair from my daughter’s head. We won’t ever return! Money lost but lesson learned. I dont usually give bad reviews but unfortunately this was a hectic experience for me. I made an appointment for 11am and did not sit in a chair until 1240pm. I almost went to another braiding shop and probably should've. Prior to coming into the shop I sent a picture of what I wanted and was told that it could be done. After they washed my hair and started service, I was told that I could not get my hair done like the picture: the don't do triangle parts, only box/square. I was hesitant to visit because I’ve never been here before so I called ahead sending a video of the exact kinky twists style I wanted. The video even included a step by step guide for achieving the style. When on the phone they told me they could do the style. I came by later that day in person and asked once more about the style and what hair I should bring.
