The front office of Jackssons Trailers has convinced me to move my business down the street to Big Tex Trailers. Never been treated so rudely by the front office gal and charged so unfairly. Over $5,000 to replace an axle or almost $600.00 to run two wires to my rear bumper from my battery. I have many trailers for my two roofing business's and have paid the overly high prices ($185.00 per hr) always leaving shaking my head. I have done business with Jackson trailers on main st in Mesa Az for years. The service personal are great. Dave and Scott have always been very helpful and are service champions. I took one of the dump trailers I own to have the wiring checked out this morning because I needed to take it to Tucson this afternoon. Just bought a trailer from Bill Hodges. He was easy to work with and it was not about him making a sale or a commission. He was highly intelligent with his product knowledge and had me in and out of there in a hour. Highly recommended Bill Hodges and Jackssons trailers.
