Wonderful place and great prices....Staff is friendly and courteous....
Good so far I will say the wait is a long time to get in to get work done and the wait time when you have an appointment is even longer but the cost savings is tremendous!!! Looking forward to our continued appointments with JU!
I just want to know what is the point of having an emergency number if noone is going to answer, and then your mailbox is full on top of that. Had a wire break off tomight and is hanging by two brackets. Cant close mouth, cant sleep and noone is answering the phone to get help. Pissed and disappointed
Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, under the direction of Dr. Mark Alarbi, has outstanding faculty, doctors, staff and absolutely "second to none!" if you are an Orthodontic Resident ...you want to go here.... if you are an Orthodontic Instructor.... this is the place to be.... and if you are fortunate to be a patient ....you're simply in the best possible care in the United States !
JU Was recommended by a friend who took both of her children to have braces I am so thankful that I took her recommendation JU has done a fabulous job on my daughters teeth.
The level of care is exceptional. They truly care about your child and their self esteem.
Wonderful staff, very friendly! I would recommend anyone to Jacksonville University.
