I’m having the worst time getting a response I had two follow up appointments 1/28 &2/12 need an injection for my back. II was told on 2/12 I’d get a call to schedule the injection nobody called. I finally called on 2/27 at that time I was told there was a note not covered I was transferred to insurance/billing area only to get a message that their voicemail was full I called back the number multiple times on Friday when another voicemail came on only to say sorry we are closed at noon on Friday. I have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. I absolutely love Cher at the front desk. She is compassionate and extremely helpful. Dr. Roberts and his team and professional and thorough. Courtney is Dr. Robert’s PA and she is amazing. She listens and acts accordingly. I would definitely recommend this office.

As I sit in this waiting room, I am so disappointed with Jax Spine. I’ve been a patient here for over 12 years. I absolutely loved this office when there was a patient-doctor connection. The office used to run a little slower, but it was well worth the time to have care that was specialized toward the patient. Now it is so corporatized. Dr. Vincenty and Courtney are awesome. Actually, just about every care provider has been great. The problem is the office staff. They are usually very nice when I check in. I always sign the form stating this is to go to my auto insurance claim, and since May, I have had to fight for every bill to be directed to auto insurance. Instead, every single appointment is billed to my health insurance, then passed on to me.
