A couple months ago I came in and was told a back brace may help with my pain. I was informed that I would only have to pay 116$ for this back brace; I was then bill about $2,800. I tried reaching out to someone about this and followed up with an email and it’s been a month of not receiving a reply. It seems this is not the first time it has happened because when you scroll down you will see another patient was charged around the same for a back brace. The entire staff from front desk to treatment specialists have been remarkable in their ability in helping where other facilities make you just a number. Dr Hanes and Jennifer have been god sent in their procedures etc!! Lynn Ryan and Emily have been the best in helping patients get in for appetc and follow up calls seeing how I’m doing after the procedures I may have had done!! Thank you all !!!
Don’t waste your time! They do not communicate efficiently not help with pain!
First, the ablations didn't work and they always have until trying this facility. 2nd, I was told $1,600 and change for the procedure after insurancenand I made it clear that being the total. I get a new bill for $2,400 more dollars saying that wasn't covered by insurance ... Unbelievable and crooked. Shane in them. Turned my invoice over to my attorney
