I was refused treatment because I did not have my driver's license with me. My wife drove me to the clinic and the only ID I had with me was my concealed weapons permit, which I carry all the time for obvious reasons. I have emailed them 4 times without any response. I would stay away from these guys. By the way, a CWP is legal ID in Florida. You can even vote with it.

They did everything wrong, the stimulator did not work and they almost killed me.. Not much more to say other than that.

Knowing that I take pain meds for years of chemotherapy, I asked if a nurse could call me to advise me on what to do if I went through withdrawals or if there we... read more

Jax Spine & Pain North - Dr. Akbary, Renee, & Janelle were my caretakers. First, Dr. Akbary thru me into a hardcore benzodiazapine withdrawal. I had been successfully treated by my primary care Dr. for 7 years with Valium for intense muscle spasms. Dr. Akbary refused to believe I was in withdrawal. I kept begging for help. He acted like he didn't believe I was suffering and took him over 3 months to refer me out. Renee scoffed at the idea I was suffering. New Dr. referred to stated "you could have had a seizure", pharmacist ... read more
