I started booking appointments with these guys a few months ago after not having been to a Dentist for a long time. I was nervous about what to expect but was quickly put at ease by the professionalism of the doc and staff. The receptionists have been very helpful getting me into time-slots that work for me and also guided me through setting up a AVS dental plan my first time in which saved me some money. Is it impossible for established patients to answer the phone? We've been waiting for days trying to get through to replace a tooth that was already paid for, and no one answers or returns our calls? How is this possible?

I have called multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. I have left 4 voicemails. They did a some work, got paid plenty for it, referred me to something I most likely dont need and now won't return my phone calls so I can finish up what I paid for already

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business of any sort. If negative stars was possible I would select -5. I won't delineate every single negative experience in this review. It would take too long and no one would read it. Suffice it to say that it was 9 months of them rescheduling appointments, scheduling appointments and not keeping them, charging me for treatments they did not provide, not returning phone calls places multiple times (each month at first and then each week as the problems grew worse... read more
