Terrible. I was seen June 3rd at Beach Blvd office referred by VA. My whole experience was terrible. The office was completely run down, had over 40 X-rays which never had previously in my 20+ years while on active duty. All I was supposed to be seen for was a cleaning and they told me I needed a full exam (which is fine) which took almost 2 hours, after I just had exam in May at the VA and had all my records with me. I had a dentist appointment set for April, it was cancelled because they were no longer open on Thursdays. I scheduled for the next available appointment which was June 3rd. I get to the appointment, I have the confirmation text message and email and they told me they see the confirmation on their end but they didn’t have me on the schedule. They were not apologetic and they couldn’t get me back in until September. Absolutely ridiculous.
I started booking appointments with these guys a few months ago after not having been to a Dentist for a long time. I was nervous about what to expect but was quickly put at ease by the professionalism of the doc and staff. The receptionists have been very helpful getting me into time-slots that work for me and also guided me through setting up a AVS dental plan my first time in which saved me some money.
