Epic fail. I received an email from them asking me to reschedule my 11am appointment. Two days later I receive another email along with text messaging to confirm my appointment. I called the office left a message and I tried to email them to confirm my appointment with no avail. I arrived this morning for my cleaning and was told I did not have an appointment after all. However, standing behind be was a patient for my 11am appointment. WARNING....they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. They will waste your time.
At first I was very happy. But after never seeing the same dentist twice. No response to calls. And then it was sold during the middle of a procedure. And apparently the new owner doesn't care about existing patients. I can get in touch or get a call back. Avoid this place
Terrible. I was seen June 3rd at Beach Blvd office referred by VA. My whole experience was terrible. The office was completely run down, had over 40 X-rays which never had previously in my 20+ years while on active duty. All I was supposed to be seen for was a cleaning and they told me I needed a full exam (which is fine) which took almost 2 hours, after I just had exam in May at the VA and had all my records with me. I had a dentist appointment set for April, it was cancelled because they were no longer open on Thursdays. I scheduled for the next available appointment which was June 3rd. I get to the appointment, I have the confirmation text message and email and they told me they see the confirmation on their end but they didn’t have me on the schedule. They were not apologetic and they couldn’t get me back in until September. Absolutely ridiculous.
