Travis was a gentleman to deal with. He us a proposal with no surprises, and was professional. His team worked very well together. They completed work within approximately 24 hours with attention to detail. We passed inspection easily and got a wind mitigation, as well. We love our new roof with the updated skylights and ventilation --price was in our budget. Excellent job guys!! Thank you so much!!
So I'm selling my house and got the inspector telling me i need a roofer to certify i have a vent bc he never seen the ones on my house. Call this company very friendly people btw and the owner came in to my house and check for me this @at no cost just bc it was so simple and want to help. What an amazing experience! Jimmy started off extremely helpful and never got annoyed by my thousands of questions. He eased my mind 100%. The day before the job was to start, everything was on site. His team was there 20 minutes early to set up and at the scheduled start time, they were on the roof working. The entire team works hard and fast. Travis and his team were great! Travis was prepared and we felt very comfortable dealing with him and his team. Our roof was done in one day! Cleanup was good and thorough. Our sky lights are beautiful and upgraded above our expectations. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend Jacksonville Roofing USA!
Very bad service. Staff were not helpful. Long delays without reason. Poor quality work. Not recommended.
