We had a rental off Mackinaw Road on Jacksonville Florida with this company (Feb 2015). When we signed the lease (which we still have for documentation as well as pictures) we were assured everything would be taken care of, like the roof leak in the back bedroom, peeling linoleum, doors that were warped, moldy smells after a week and so much more. Never rent from this place! Beware. They hang up the phone on me. Block my email address from emailing them. It takes maintenance 5 days to come out. They had to repipe my house even though I thought the house was ready to go when I moved in. After said repipe my water bill went from $60 to $500, and I've called and told them that there's a leak and it's been almost 2 weeks with no response or fix. Never rent from this company!!!!! Had to pay a double deposit which was over $2000 . They won't fix anything and if they do it takes months for the maintenance guy to come out, to only do a half ass job. We were told lawn care was part of our rent yet and our lawn would be maintained weekly. It has probably been cut three times in 6 months. Our ac went out and was told it would be days before it could be fixed. Might I add we have a 2 week old and a 6 year old sitting in a house that is up to 98 degrees! They are slumlords, the staff is rude and they charge ridiculous rent and don't fix anything. If you're thinking about renting from them Don't. Beware, Beware, Beware, Beware!
