I just graduated from rehab today, and I feel great! I had total knee replacement surgery in January, and I now have full movement of my leg, and I can ride my bike again. Enough about the results, I'm here to give kudos to JOI. Both the surgery and the rehab went off as smoothly as I could imagine. I had about a week of in-home rehab, which was good, but JOI really impressed me with their professionalism and great attitude. I was looking forward to my 1st rehab appointment today, unfortunately the front desk staff were engaged in personal conversations and didn’t respond or greet me when I entered. When I walked in I said hello however I was ignored. This was disappointing and unfortunately set the tone for my visit. I’m unable to use my dominant arm and signed my forms with my non dominant and the older lady at the desk shook her head as if she was disappointed with my ability. My experience at JOI Rehab North has been AMAZING!! My therapist, Kim has worked wonders with my Frozen Shoulder. My range of motion is almost back to baseline after only about 6 weeks of rehabilitation. The staff is professional and friendly. Also the check in and scheduling process is seamless.

I had Shannon, she was very informative & firm with my exercises. Things I could use at home to really help make my muscles & joints easier for me before & after my surgery. Place clean, staff great
