Completely incompetent. I haven't been in Jacksonville for over two years and have never had children but I received an appointment reminder for my non-existent child. I asked them to call me After 11 am their time (I live two time zones away) so they wouldn't have to do math and figure out time zones and not wake me up to make weak excuses about this egregious error and they called me at 10:30 am. Nobody ever picks up the phone at this practice. I never made an appointment with this office, nor do I have a child. They emailed me appointment information? Edit: I see their response below but it begs the question, how did they get my information when I've never been seen or referred to this practice? I understand a glitch being a glitch, but how does their system randomly pull my name and info without any former contact and send me an email. The office refuses to answer the phone, making it IMPOSSIBLE to book an appointment. I have attempted to book a required 3-year follow-up multiple times, as an updated diagnosis is required for school and other important matters. I leave messages -the office refuses to return the call at the number provided. On the few occassions they have called back, they have used an old number that is not available EVEN WHILE SPECIFICALLY leaving in the message that number is not available.
