They are overbooked and not booking out until August and later. Didn't bother telling me that when I called asking if they provide the specific service I needed. Then they stated they needed a credit card to even accept my daughter's application which is absolutely absurd. Putting money over patients is never good. Stating it's in case of cancellation and no shows for an appointment way in August. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff from the start (Sam, Sabril, Dr. Vaughn). They made the process very pleasant. Knowledgeable, patient, thorough and caring. Answered all of my questions. Gave me breaks. Clean office space.
My daughter was evaluated in August. Today is December 4 and we have received zero results. I paid $1000.00 for her testing.
