The office refuses to answer the phone, making it IMPOSSIBLE to book an appointment. I have attempted to book a required 3-year follow-up multiple times, as an updated diagnosis is required for school and other important matters. I leave messages -the office refuses to return the call at the number provided. On the few occassions they have called back, they have used an old number that is not available EVEN WHILE SPECIFICALLY leaving in the message that number is not available. This place is a scam and a waste of time and money. I had an evaluation and their assessment was almost word for word what I said myself. I showed other medical professionals I see who agreed it was pointless. For example, during the 5-hour assessment, a doctor came in for 5 minutes and ask me questions I already had answered to a nurse. I am convinced whatever I said I think my diagnosis should be, they would have put it as the conclusion.
Easy scheduling, great communication, took great attention to detail with my daughter. Would highly recommend the doctors, thanks again.
Courteous, friendly and helpful staff from the start (Dr. Vaughn Bryant, Ph.D., Sam, Sabril) They made the process very pleasant. Knowledgeable, patient, thorough and caring. Answered all of my questions. Gave me breaks. Clean office space.
