Ashley was amazing. The Doctor was very personable. My child could relate to both of them and she really liked them. Thank you for your expertise, kindness and compassion.
Courteous, friendly and helpful staff from the start (Sam, Sabril, Dr. Vaughn). They made the process very pleasant. Knowledgeable, patient, thorough and caring. Answered all of my questions. Gave me breaks. Clean office space.
My daughter was evaluated in August. Today is December 4 and we have received zero results. I paid $1000.00 for her testing.
Staff were nice and respectful. I had no issues with them directly. However, they lack nuance and the understanding of intersectionality when it comes to adults with high-masking autism. I knew I didn’t need a diagnosis to feel valid in my experience, but was actually referred by a friend who is also an adult with high-masking autism. I had 2 separate 2 hour appointments. They screwed up my billing and did not billed the insurance on time. Since I paid due my co-pay they were let's do it cash since we can't do anything else. Got screwed with my co-pay on the insurance since it never counted towards the yearly amount. I contacted them so many times about it and always replied it takes time, you need to be patient, until I received notice for the insurance that the bill was too late to process.
