I have been there August 12th. And today is October 6th still no answer of the visit. The visit was very stupid. They told me the answer wuold be out 4 -6 weeks. Still I have nothing. The portal shows nothing. I emailed them like 6 times for the answer. Don't wast your time and money with them. Don't become one of their victims.... I wish you all the best. GOD bless you!
I wish i could give zero stars. Christina your customer service is poor. I don't understand people. If you don't like your job. It's best you find one that fits you Like in the back where they file papers the old way. Bc you definitely don't need to be answering no phone calls or talking to anyone but yourself.

Completely incompetent. I haven't been in Jacksonville for over two years and have never had children but I received an appointment reminder for my non-existent child. I asked them to call me After 11 am their time (I live two time zones away) so they wouldn't have to do math and figure out time zones and not wake me up to make weak excuses about this egregious error and they called me at 10:30 am.
