This is the worst hospital in the world. I spent 20 yrs in the Army so I seen some bad places, MMC is in the running for the worst.
I was seen in the ER last night after having severe breathing problems. They did get me in a room quickly and had chest xrays put in quickly.. But the 3 nurses I seen at different times, were not compassionate, or soothing by any means..when I completely stopped breathing for about 30 seconds, while having a severe panic attack because I couldn't breathe.. The nurse said "you're fine" and went back to typing on her computer. They got me in the room and my nurse was a complete asshole.. Totally in the wrong profession. I laye... read more

Recently my aunt was admitted there with a diagnosis of cancer. She was discharged home without pain medication. As a nurse I felt this was almost inhumane.
